About Us
Potency is a newly formed Mythic Guild that is rapidly growing. Our mission, our goal, our drive is to create a unique community that caters to all facets of WoW. We want to create a very active community of players who enjoy raiding, PvP, running keys, being social, and playing non-WoW games with each other. Potency will have something for everyone and will keep everyone engaged and building friendships!

Our raid team is Mythic-focused and will be pushing as hard as we can. This does not mean we are cutting-edge focused - we just want to get as far into Mythic as we can, maintain high standards, cut deadweight, and still be able to have a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. At the end of the day, absolutely no one has fun when we wipe endlessly to the same thing over and over or have to drag people’s corpses through the raids… right?

Structure
We believe in organization and order (but still fun!). All of our policies, rules, expectations, penalties, and systems will be clearly outlined in documents that are available on our discord. We believe this is ideal for transparency. Our Guild has two divisions - the raiding side and the community side. Each side has its own set of officers that have clearly defined duties and responsibilities. When the raids are over, Fri - Tues will be dedicated to the community officers to set up the aforementioned activities that are in the About Us section.

Unable to fully commit to our schedule? Not quite geared enough? Or can’t raid for any other reason? You can join us as a Prospective Raider until you are ready to trial. You’ll be able to enjoy the community side of the Guild and attend off-night raids to get experience, logs, and gear. There’s no time limit and no pressure - once you meet requirements and can commit to the schedule, we can start a trial!

Beacon 9/9H (full awakened cleared) is a group which is based in Perth, we are now actively recruiting for TWW and active Mythic + players with an aim to bolster our team.

We are a GMT+8 raiding/M+ group, comprising of both seasoned raiders and passionate new players. The team is long standing formed over 2 years ago, achieving AoTC every tier and some mythic kills along the way. The majority of the team actively pushes M+ attaining 3k+ each season.

Our team has an AoTC raid focus with Mythic + on the off nights, with a fair amount of bants and zero drama. The team, made up of friends with a laid back approach to raiding. Having a mindset of attaining AoTC every tier at a reasonable pace, while having fun doing so, pushing keys in between.

We do not change timings during DST.
Raid days are Thur & Sun
We raid from 8.00pm - 10.30pm (GMT+8) - 10.00pm - 12.30am (ST)

M+ on alternate raid nights.

What we are looking for:

I’m Ish, guild leader from Unyielding on Lightbringer. We are currently recruiting a couple more players to fill out our raid roster. We are also looking for any capable, friendly and fun players to hang out in our guild to run keys with, questing and achievement chasing.

Who we are:
We’re a group of friends who have stuck out the hard times in Dragonflight and are filling out the rest of our raid team so we can hit the ground running once the new expac drops. We have several former CE raiders as well as some that are new to WoW learning their way along in Dragonflight. Regardless of the standing, we get done what we set out to accomplish. We’re an older guild, most of our players are over 35 years old, but we do have some young ones too. A lot of us are Vanilla vets, and have raided since the dawn of WoW time.

What we do:
We raid every Tuesday and Thursday from 8-11 CST. We have alt nights on Sunday. We do maintain an item level requirement as well as a dps check for our raids, but they’re established far in advance and are willing to help those out that are close but not quite there.
We’ve hit AOTC every season of Dragonflight and have managed to dabble a bit in Mythic as we’ve gone along. We run keys nearly every night, either pushing, or just to fill our vaults. We have people that go for the hard achievements, and we have people that just love to log onto Discord and chat. Our main focus of the guild is raiding, but we do have several players that are just there as friends.
Most importantly, we work with people if they are struggling. I don’t believe that anyone is unteachable. If you put in the work, and are willing to learn, then we will help you become the best player. I’ve seen players in our guild that have started out in the single digit gray parses turn it around to be one of the highest dps dealers in the raid. We don’t bench players for poor performance. We may ask you to sit out until we can figure out your problem, but we’ll work at it, and get you back in as soon as we can.

What we’re looking for:
Are you our unicorn? We’re mostly stacked out, but we’re looking for just a couple more roles to fill for a fully buffed raid team. We would love to have a druid on our team. A resto druid would be a great fit for us. Even more so if you can flex to boomkin. Or just a straight up laser-chicken.
We’re looking for 1 possibly or 2 more healers that can raid heal. We have 2 priests and a Shaman, and would love to branch into the other classes as well.
We’re also looking for a ranged DPS. A mage or elemental shaman would be great here. Our raid team has Hunters coming out of our ears, but we would welcome some in the guild to run keys with.
As far as just running keys, any and all classes are welcome. We’re especially short on tanks and healers in this role as well. Ideally, we don’t want to have to pug outside of the guild for this.

< New Dawn > is a newly formed mythic progression raiding guild. Our current leadership has been playing and focused on progression raiding since late Vanilla / Early BC. With decades of experience running guilds, leading raids, and organizing groups under our belt, we are determined to achieve a well-oiled machine of a raiding environment and helping each other improve as a whole.

About Us:

We want to maintain a “dad-vibe� adult mindset with good communication and hope to cultivate a drive for personal growth in and out of raid. We will be looking at logs and doing M+ for vault every week. Beyond that, we are big on cohesion and team-building, and utilize Discord as the central hub for guild activity.

Our goals as a guild are a strict focus on pushing into mythic content as early as possible and having weekly M+ activity and goals as well.

Roster Philosophy:

Our aim for our roster, in order to work towards pushing mythic raid content, is to have a team of around 25-30 raiders. Raiders will rotate out when we’re over numbers; this will allow for guilt-free absences when real life gets in the way of raiding without hindering the guild’s progression.

Raid Environment:

Tues and Wed – 8p to 11p EST (5p-8p PST)

We also encourage members to be online outside of raid time for M+ content etc.

Come to raid prepared - fully gemmed and enchanted, with appropriate potions, flasks and food.

Focus on bettering your character via gearing in and out of raid and reviewing logs where able (we can help with this if need be).

Do keys during the week to unlock vault slots, a bare minimum of one unlocked slot with encouragement for more.

Lower level farm content will be more relaxed but we expect a more focused environment during raid progression attempts.

We prefer each raider know how to play more than one spec of their chosen class (ie. Balance / Resto Druid etc.) but this is not an enforced requirement.

Please have an openness to constructive criticism and respect for your fellow raiders as well as the guild’s leadership.
