Zero day classic guild that’s stood the test of time with fair treatment and a fun and competitive environment among like minded people. Respect each others time and do preparation outside of raid so that we can just focus on improving the raid as a whole - critiquing mechanics, strategy, etc. We use loot council looking to prioritize improving the raid.

We are running splits for the remainder of TOGC phase with the goal of maximizing gear, however we will not be for ICC phase. Having a split alt now is a plus but not required.

RAIDER EXPECTATIONS:

1. 1. Healers should also have dps offspecs ready. Hybrid dps should have a heal set available if absolutely needed.
2. PTR raiding required when available on scheduled nights
3. 90%+ Attendance. Occasional absences are fine but flaking is not tolerated
4. Be informed on your class. Use discord & sims
5. Come prepared with consumes, pre-pot
6. Occasional benchings. Redundancy and Comp focused, rotation and not a doghouse
7. Communicate. You must speak English and have a mic. If you have issues, suggestions, availability concerns, etc. let us know so that we can make adjustments before it’s an issue
8. Be mature and act like an adult. We’re inclusive so no edgelords, toxicity, offensive/prejudicial junk, abrasive attitudes, etc. We raid as a team so treat people as such
9. Have fun!! It’s a game. Know your audience and when there’s time for some lightheartedness vs hunkering down

Best in Slot on PAGLE-US is looking for like-minded players for efficient progression raiding and raid-achievement capable players. We are “casually hardcore” - we are not going for server first progression kills, but we also do not want to waste time. Many of us have families and other responsibilities, so we want to have fun but also be purposeful with our online time. We currently have three 10m teams that clear 5/5HM with 50 attempts in one night.

Our ideal raiders know their class, the fights, and can take criticism well and also assist other members in a respectful way. Unlike some other guilds, we do not set arbitrary rules on appropriate subject matters that can be discussed amongst our members, on discord or in guild. Many of us love to discuss religion, politics, philosophy, games, etc. while we hang out and play games, so if someone having a different opinion than you could make you upset or angry its likely not a good fit. Instead of banning these types of conversations, we set the expectation that everyone engages with their peers in a respectful manner.

Our Raid Times: 25 man content

Tuesday: 8:30pm - 11:30pm EST / 5:30pm - 8:30pm PST (Clearing 25 man)

Thursday: 8:30pm - 11:30pm EST / 5:30pm - 8:30pm PST(Clearing our 2x 10 mans)

We do occasionally send a vote to raiders to see if we can extend half an hour if we are close to a kill/clear. 10m content is not regulated or enforced by the guild, but many of our members do run them. We put a raid sign-up for 10mans in the Discord and encourage people to join any groups they’re able to attend.

Core Raider expectations

1. Come to raid with proper consumables and preparation for a full night of high performance. This means proper gear sets, flasks and preparation on boss strategies.
2. 90% Attendance is required of all raiders, we keep a lean roster to avoid benching. Respect your fellow raiders time and notify us if you are going to miss a week.

Loot Distribution: We use a loot council; loot is awarded based on the following criteria: Performance, Attendance, Raid Preparation, Helpfulness, and Strength of Upgrade.

About Us In creating Retaliation, we sought to improve upon various raiding experiences we had in other guilds. Our goal is to maintain a raiding environment free from negative attitudes in which people will collaborate to down the hardest content in the game. Imagine recruiting for SoD oceanic PvP server. Looking at forming 2x10 man raids with random pop up alt raids over the week.

About us : We were a guild (Imagine) formed during SoM, our tenure was quite short but successful before the downfall of swamp and blizzard opening the servers to Jom. A lot of us stuck around in hopes we would be able to play together again during another season. Most notable but meme worthy achievements were 1st OCE / 4th US speed MC clear on som, and all server firsts prior xfers opening/guild disbanding due to roster boss. With the new 10man raid format this has made us all particularly excited as managing 40 to turn up to raid nights on a dead server is a nightmare.
